looking for a specific genre

heey guys. i hope i have an easy question ^^

so i remember, from a looong time ago i played a flash game of cartoon network where i had to trade stuff,and trade the traded stuff for stuff to get stuff.
now i cant find allot of games with that goal. (except, sort of, franks adventure ;) but i realy like that genre,
do you guys know what genre that is?

never played anything like that in Flash, but you're probably looking for building strategies in style of Sid Meier's Civilization
